PSN Porcelain Veneer Patent Noninfringed: Fed Circ.

Law360, New York (May 6, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has upheld a noninfringement ruling in a case that PSN Illinois LLC brought against a slew of dental device makers and suppliers over a patent for making porcelain veneers.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit found Tuesday that even though the lower court had construed one of the claims too narrowly, the companies still hadn’t infringed the patent-in-suit.
