Negligent Design Claims Against Taser Shot Down

Law360, New York (May 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Taser International Inc. has continued its winning streak in a series of lawsuits over its electric stunners, with an appeals court ruling that the company was not liable for a Madera, Calif., police officer's fatal shooting of a suspect when she mistakenly drew her handgun instead of her Taser.
