Doyle Estate Will Take Sherlock Holmes To High Court

Law360, New York (July 7, 2014, 5:51 PM EDT) -- The estate of Arthur Conan Doyle plans to ask the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn the Seventh Circuit's recent ruling that the character of Sherlock Holmes was mostly in the copyright public domain, according to court papers filed on Thursday.
