EmblemHealth Pays $1.2M To Settle NY Mental Health Probe

Law360, New York (July 9, 2014, 1:10 PM EDT) -- New York health insurer EmblemHealth Inc. will pay $1.2 million to settle an investigation that found the company wrongly denied mental health and substance abuse treatment, and could be on the hook for much more, the state's attorney general said Wednesday.
