Eaton Vance Offers $10.5M To End Class Action

Law360, New York (March 6, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- A long-simmering class action lawsuit brought by shareholders against investment management company Eaton Vance Corporation may finally be nearing a denouement, with the two sides having reached a tentative deal.

The development was announced on Monday in a joint statement issued by Labaton Sucharow & Rudoff LLP, Klafter & Olsen LLP, and Lerach Coughlin Stoia Geller Rudman & Robbins LLP, the law firms representing the plaintiffs.
