SEC Continues TVI Probe

Law360, New York (May 9, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's formal probe into TVI Corp. and two of its deposed former executives is continuing, the disaster relief supplier acknowledged Thursday.

TVI's latest quarterly report, filed Thursday with the SEC, referred to commission subpoenas issued in October 2007 and March 2008 related to regulators' inquiry into the actions of former President and CEO Richard Priddy and former Executive Vice President Charles Sample.
