Lawyer's Sex Bias Claims Against GE Execs To Stand

Law360 (May 12, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has denied a bid from 13 employees named in a potential gender discrimination class action against General Electric Co. to dismiss state law claims alleging they aided and abetted the company in discriminating against GE's former general counsel.
