Ways & Means GOP Demands Fast-Track Law Before TPP Deal

Law360, New York (July 18, 2014, 2:52 PM EDT) -- Republicans on the House Ways and Means Committee on Thursday informed the Obama administration that it would not back a final Trans-Pacific Partnership deal until legislation is passed laying down benchmarks for the agreement in exchange for quick congressional approval.
