Medical Dye Makers Face Another Liability Suit

Law360, New York (May 12, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of companies that produce gadolinium-based injectable contrast agents has been hit with yet another product liability lawsuit, this time by a patient whose legs had to be amputated when she developed nephrogenic systemic fibrosis after being exposed to the dye during magnetic resonance imaging procedures.
