Zyprexa Lawyers Renew Quest For Additional Fees

Law360, New York (May 12, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of plaintiffs' attorneys in the Zyprexa multidistrict litigation has objected to a magistrate judge's ruling rejecting its attempt to secure additional fees and has asked the court to award it $3.8 million.

On April 22, U.S. Magistrate Judge Roanne L. Mann of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York rejected the request by Burg Simpson, Douglas & London, Milberg and Seeger Weiss for $6 million, choosing to give four firms an extra $600,000 for their efforts.
