Calif. Oil Regulator To Scrutinize Injection Well Rules

Law360, New York (July 21, 2014, 5:48 PM EDT) -- California's oil and gas regulator said Friday it would review the state’s rules for injection wells to ensure they fully comply with the requirements of the federal Safe Drinking Water Act in the wake of concerns about groundwater contamination at a number of wells.
