Dana's Win On $20M Claim Affirmed On Appeal

Law360, New York (May 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has rejected Jasco Tools Inc.'s appeal of a bankruptcy court's November 2007 decision to disallow Jasco's $20 million claim against auto parts supplier Dana Corp., which stemmed from a separate suit in which Jasco accused Dana of misappropriating trade secrets.
