EEOC, Tavern On The Green Stumble In Bias Suit Deal

Law360 (May 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Settlement talks between famed New York City restaurant Tavern on the Green and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission over alleged sex and race discrimination stalled earlier this week, but the parties will keep working to resolve the case, lawyers said in a status conference on Wednesday.
