FERC Proceeds With ETP Gas Rate Tampering Claims

Law360, New York (May 15, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Not two months after a federal appeals court declined to derail the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's show-cause order accusing Energy Transfer Partners LP of violating rules against manipulating wholesale natural gas markets, the commission has ordered a hearing into the allegations.
