2nd Circuit Chews Over, Reverses Bazooka Ruling

Law360 (May 15, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit has revived a trade secrets dispute between The Topps Company Inc. and a unit of Cadbury Plc over Bazooka bubble gum, finding that a district judge erred when he granted summary judgment in Cadbury's favor in 2006.
