Shell's Arctic Spill Response Plans Flawed, 9th Circ. Told

Law360, Los Angeles (August 13, 2014, 7:39 PM EDT) -- Environmental groups on Wednesday urged the Ninth Circuit to revoke the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement's approval of two Royal Dutch Shell PLC units' spill response plans for exploratory oil drilling in the Arctic Ocean, saying approval was granted arbitrarily.
