Kaiser Aluminum Bids To Preserve Net Operating Losses

Law360 (March 13, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- A month after being given the green light to reemerge from its long-running bankruptcy, Kaiser Aluminum Corp. has asked for a protective order prohibiting the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation and the voluntary employees' beneficiary association trusts from making deals that could endanger the company’s ability to use net operating losses.
