Frontier Asks For Severance Plan For Management

Law360, New York (May 19, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Bankrupt Frontier Airlines Holdings Inc. has asked a judge to approve a severance agreement plan for its management, saying the plan is necessary to stop employees from bolting in the company's time of need.

In a motion filed Friday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, Frontier said that its proposed director and officer severance plan is well below that of other airlines and measurably less generous than it was before Frontier filed for bankruptcy protection.
