Law360, Los Angeles (August 13, 2014, 8:45 PM EDT) -- A nurse researcher who raised concerns about a University of California, Davis, research project that was later shut down won a jury's verdict that she was retaliated against, in what her legal team says is one of the first cases to be tried to a verdict in the employee's favor under the revised California Whistleblower Protection Act.
