Environmental Groups Appeal BP Plant Expansion

Law360 (May 19, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Three environmental groups are reportedly trying to thwart BP Plc's plans to expand an Indiana refinery, arguing in an appeal filed with the Indiana Office of Environmental Adjudication that an air permit granted to the oil giant was improperly issued.
