Adelphia Fee Committee OKs $75M In Requests

Law360 (May 20, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The fee committee in Adelphia Communications Corp.'s Chapter 11 case has asked the court to approve a litany of professional fee requests totaling over $75 million.

The fee committee filed a statement Monday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York recommending final confirmation of 18 professional requests that add up to roughly $73.2 million in compensation and $2.6 million in expenses.
