Weil Gotshal Paralegal Sues Firm For Gender Bias

Law360, New York (May 20, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A paralegal in Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP's Silicon Valley, Calif., office has sued the firm, claiming supervisors overseeing paralegals working for the patent litigation group discriminated against him based on his gender and race and created a hostile work environment.

Paralegal Jason Herrera filed suit on April 22 in California state court in San Mateo County. News of the action surfaced last week.
