Federal Circuit Vacates Inequitable Conduct Decision

Law360 (May 22, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appeals court handed TAL Apparel Ltd. a partial victory Thursday, vacating a trial court's decision that the company had committed inequitable conduct in the prosecution of a patent but upholding the lower court's findings that one claim of the patent was invalid and three other claims were not infringed.
