U.S. Trustee Objects To Aloha Employee Incentives

Law360, New York (May 23, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. trustee in Aloha Airlines' Chapter 7 liquidation has objected to proposals that would grant incentives to the debtor's top two former executives and keep more than 30 employees on the payroll while the operation winds down.

Acting U.S. Trustee Tiffany L. Carroll filed objections Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii questioning how the Chapter 7 trustee's plan to continue the liquidation would benefit Aloha's unsecured creditors.
