Judge OKs Eos Asset Auction

Law360, New York (May 23, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Eos Airlines Inc. moved one step closer to exiting Chapter 11 Thursday when a judge approved the defunct business-class carrier's proposed bidding procedures for the sale of its assets, setting the stage for a June 9 auction.
