Law360, Miami (September 2, 2014, 7:59 PM EDT) -- A push by more than 500 Florida Bar members to raise dues in order to cut into a funding crisis for legal aid services has set up a fight among members on how much of the burden of ensuring access to the courts should be shouldered by the state's attorneys.
