Bankrupt Kid Brands Gets Nod For $8M Asset Sale

Law360, New York (September 3, 2014, 6:54 PM EDT) -- Bankrupt children's product manufacturer Kid Brands Inc. won the blessing of a New Jersey judge Wednesday for an $8 million deal to sell certain business lines to TG Valentine LLC, according to an attorney for the debtors.

A New Jersey bankruptcy judge approved the sale motion at a Wednesday hearing, and the parties will submit a form of order to the court, attorney S. Jason Teele of Lowenstein Sandler LLP said in a email.
