Law360, Miami (September 9, 2014, 6:45 PM EDT) -- Three defendants convicted for participating in a Florida mortgage fraud scheme took a variety of grievances before the Eleventh Circuit on Tuesday, prompting a judge on the panel to describe portions of the lower court proceedings as a "comedy of errors."
