Exxon's Suit Over Refinery Shutdown Will Go On

Law360, New York (May 28, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused to dismiss Exxon Mobil Corp.'s suit against Amex Construction Co. Inc. over the 2005 shutdown of Exxon's Joliet, Ill., refinery due to pipe problems, finding that the oil giant had provided enough discoverable facts to sustain the case.
