9th Circuit Closes Book On 1 Amazon Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (May 28, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appeals court has agreed with a lower court's decision to boot the case of a consumer who filed an antitrust action to challenge a marketing agreement between Amazon.com Inc. and Borders Group Inc., ruling he lacked standing to bring the claims.
