Nanometrics Sues Inventor Over Spectrometry Patent

Law360 (May 30, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Technology company Nanometrics Inc. has sued the inventor of a patent over which it claims to have rights and is seeking to have the patent declared invalid or not infringed in order to preempt a lawsuit from the inventor.
