Following Lerach, Weiss To Head To Prison

Law360, New York (May 31, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge sentenced pioneer plaintiffs attorney Melvyn Weiss to 30 months in prison Monday, a sentence slightly longer than his peer William S. Lerach received but still short of what the government had requested.
