Boston Scientific Owes $308M After Defibrillator Deal Trial

The jury found Boston Scientific owed Mirowski about $86 million in unpaid royalties for ICDs sold in 2002 and 2003, and another $222 million for financial harm to Mirowski after the medical device manufacturer allegedly agreed to help Mirowski sue patent infringers but instead struck a secret deal to settle six suits against St. Jude Medical Inc. in exchange for St. Judge...
