Chemical Cos. Settle Hydrogen Peroxide Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (June 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Chem-Way Corp. has dismissed price-fixing claims against Kemira Oyj from its hydrogen peroxide antitrust suit, a few weeks after the Finnish chemical company received final approval for a settlement with the plaintiffs in the multidistrict litigation over an alleged hydrogen peroxide price-fixing cartel.
