Judge Approves Frontier's Executive Severance Plan

Law360, New York (June 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A bankruptcy judge has approved Frontier Airlines Holdings Inc.’s proposed severance plan for its senior executives despite objections raised last week by the U.S. trustee overseeing the case.

Judge Robert Drain of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York approved the severance plan at a hearing on Tuesday morning, after U.S. Trustee Diana G. Adams dropped her objections to the agreement, Dow Jones Newswires reported.
