Coudert Disclosure Statement Gets Tentative Court OK

Law360 (June 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The judge in charge of Coudert Brothers LLP's Chapter 11 case said Tuesday that he will likely approve the law firm's disclosure statement next week if the debtor incorporates a variety of changes.

After a hearing in Lower Manhattan, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Robert D. Drain said that the disclosure statement contained adequate information — contingent on amendments, including markups made by Judge Drain himself, being made.

Judge Drain scheduled another hearing for June 14 if there are objections to the changes.
