N.Y. Attorney General Wants Grasso Claims Restored

Law360, New York (June 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Still smarting over Richard Grasso’s $187.5 million consolation prize, the New York solicitor general has reportedly asked the state’s highest court to revive four claims surrounding the former New York Stock Exchange chairman’s massive compensation package.
