MoFo Snags IP Partner From Fulbright & Jaworski

Law360 (June 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former electrical engineer and patent examiner has become the latest partner to join Morrison & Foerster LLP's intellectual property practice in Washington, D.C.

Mark Ungerman joined the firm this week as a partner in the litigation group after 19 years with Fulbright & Jaworski LLP. He had headed that firm's D.C. intellectual property and technology practice since 2002 and was the Washington coordinator for its information technology practice.
