Tables Turn On So-Called Women's Rights Champion

Law360, New York (June 5, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A lawyer who bills himself as a staunch defender of women's rights in the workplace has been hit with an employment lawsuit of his own, with a former office manager making salacious allegations regarding his on-the-job behavior and his treatment of his female staff.

On Wednesday, Lisa Brockington filed suit against former boss Jack Tuckner and his New York City-based firm, Tuckner Sipser Weinstock & Sipser LLP, accusing the employment honcho of a wide array of lewd behavior.
