Law360, New York (June 5, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- American International Group Inc. reportedly lost its last-ditch effort to prevent former Chief Executive Officer Maurice “Hank” Greenberg from gaining access to certain internal documents when New York's highest court shot down the insurance giant's bid to stay an appellate ruling that it hand over the information.
