Ex-Kasowitz Partner Sues Over Firing Allegations

Law360, New York (June 6, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The former head of Kasowitz, Benson, Torres and Friedman LLP's intellectual property group has filed a $119 million lawsuit accusing the firm of defaming him by publicly implying that sexual misconduct led to his December 2007 firing.
