Dura Bypasses Stay In Drive Toward Confirmation

Law360, New York (June 6, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Thursday produced a setback for Dura Automotive Systems Inc. investor James W. Korth, with a bankruptcy judge refusing his request to stay confirmation of Dura's Chapter 11 reorganization plan while his appeal of the plan's court approval remains pending.

At a hearing Thursday, Judge Kevin J. Carey of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware denied Korth's motion to stay, according to court documents, which said that an order was due.
