Fenwick Hires 17-Year SEC Enforcement Vet In SF

Law360, New York (October 8, 2014, 4:25 PM EDT) -- A U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission enforcement head is joining Fenwick & West LLP as a partner in its San Francisco office, the firm said Wednesday.

Michael Dicke, who is currently the SEC’s associate regional director for enforcement in San Francisco, will co-chair the firm’s securities enforcement group and will advise companies on SEC compliance and defense, as well as represent clients in litigation and investigations brought by the agency.
