Bounty Hunter To Help U.K. Funds Recover In Fraud Suits

Law360, New York (March 27, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- A new British company, Institutional Protection Services, has been launched this week in an effort to track down hundreds of millions of pounds owed to U.K. pension funds and financial institutions that are shareholders in U.S. securities class action lawsuits.
