Judge Trims 'Excess' Outten & Golden Attorneys' Fees

Law360, New York (June 6, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After securing a settlement in a “highly contentious” discrimination suit, an employment litigation team from Outten & Golden LLP has failed to get its full fee request, with a federal magistrate judge cutting approximately $400,000 off the amount awarded.
