American Home Looks To Toss Exec Contracts

Law360, New York (June 9, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- American Home Mortgage Corp. has asked the court overseeing its Chapter 11 case to allow the company to reject employment agreements made with five of AHM’s top executives.

In a motion filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on Friday, AHM sought approval to reject the employment contracts of its chief financial officer, general counsel, controller, treasurer and executive vice president of capital markets as part of its ultimate plan to liquidate the company’s assets.
