Texas Law Limits Makers' Duty To Defend: 5th Circ.

Law360, New York (June 9, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has partially affirmed a district court's ruling that a manufacturer's statutory duty to defend and indemnify distributors of allegedly defective goods — in this case, latex gloves — extends only to the makers' own products.
