Payout Plan For Aloha Execs Draws Flak From Pilots

Law360, New York (June 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Air Line Pilots Association, which has nipped at the heels of Aloha Airlines Inc.'s Chapter 7 trustee throughout the failed carrier's bankruptcy case, has joined the U.S. trustee in opposing proposals to grant additional incentives to the debtor's top two former executives while the operation winds down.
