Judge Dismisses Four Charges In Enron Case

Law360, New York (March 28, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- Former Enron Corp. Chief Executive Officer Jeffrey Skilling can breathe a brief sigh of relief after a federal judge dismissed three counts against him Tuesday.

The dismissal came as prosecutors wrapped up their case against Skilling and the Houston court geared up to hear the defense next week.
