Finnegan Sanctioned For Destroying Evidence In Dow IP Case

Law360, New York (October 21, 2014, 5:53 PM EDT) -- In an unusual ruling, a U.S. International Trade Commission judge sanctioned a Dutch company and its counsel, Finnegan Henderson Farabow Garrett & Dunner LLP, for spoliation of evidence by awarding Dow Chemical Co. default judgment on its trade secret claims against the company.
